A few updates for this week

• Duck Hour: Ducky Hour will be Monday, July 13th from 4:30-6:30. There will be games, prizes, bracelet making, duck tattoos, a nail polish station, and a decorate-your-own UST rubber duck. We’ll cap it off with a sweet treat. If your middle/high schooler was going to/or can volunteer for service hours, we could still use help. Please text/email Sandy Geary at 757-469-9446 or [email protected] if you can still help run stations and assist with the games. Coach Colleen will sign off on service hours.
• Practices this week: We will continue to have practices all next week. However, there will only be two groups in the morning. Please come to whichever group works best for your schedule. The first group will be from 7:15-8 and the second group from 8-8:45.
• Gold and Silver Meet Caps: Those swimmers attending the gold and silver medal meet swimmers have custom caps for these meets (same caps as last year). Please venmo $5 per swimmer to @ulmsteamswimteam or $5 cash to cover the cost of these caps. It is the same gold/silver cap as last year so if they already have one they do not need another one. Myself or Kathie will be at practice this week to distribute caps. Please have your swimmer pickup their cap between the two practices.
