The summer swim season may just be getting underway, but year-round swim clubs will be holding tryouts soon! In addition, scroll to learn more about the youth triathlete program and the local water polo club. Please feel free to share this information with other families!

Local swimming clubs include Annapolis Swim Club (ASC), Bayside Aquatics (BAY), Naval Academy Aquatic Club (NAAC), Severna Park Stingrays (SPRC), and YMCA (SPY). See below for more tryout information.

Annapolis Swim Club (ASC)

ASC will be holding tryouts on the following dates:

Thursday, June 25th: 6:00-8:00pm

Thursday, July 16th: 6:00-8:30pm

Registration is required and more information can be found on their website.

Bayside Aquatics (BAY)

BAY has not released tryout dates yet. Please keep an eye on their website to see when tryout dates are posted or fill out the waitlist form! Click here for more information.

Naval Academy Aquatic Club (NAAC)

NAAC will be holding tryouts on the following dates:

Tuesday, June 23rd (10 and over swimmers): 6:30-8:00pm

Sunday, June 28th (6-9 year old swimmers): 12:00-1:00pm

Tuesday, July 7th (10 and over swimmers): 6:30-8:00pm

Sunday, July 12th (6-9 year old swimmers): 12:00-1:00pm

Severna Park Stingrays (SPRC)

SPRC will be holding tryouts on the following dates:

Thursday, June 25: 5:30-6:30pm

Tuesday, June 30: 5:30-6:30pm

Tuesday, July 7: 5:30-6:30pm

Tuesday, July 21: 5:30-6:30pm

Students will try out at the SPRFC Pool at 8514 Veterans Highway in Millerville. Email any questions to: [email protected]. Registration is required and more information can be found here.

YMCA (SPY)

SPY will be holding tryouts on the following dates:

Sunday, June 28th 1:00-2:30pm

Tuesday, July 7th 5:00-6:30pm

Sunday, July 19th 1:00-2:30pm

Tri Game Sports:

Do you have a child interested in triathlons? There is an inclusive and fun event series coming up. The kids only need goggles, swimsuit, bike shorts, and sneakers. The bikes are provided and on computerized trainers, so no one needs to bike on the roads. Future races will be in Anne Arundel County and College Park.
