Good morning everyone!

For those that don't know me I am the "Meet Manager" for Ulmstead Swim Team.

My main role is to run the home meets and then work with the coaching staff to get our entries submitted for both home and away meets. You will be getting a lot of emails over the next month as we sprint through this summer swim season. Thank you for your attention and please take action when requested.

Every week you will need to declare your swimmer(s) status in Swimtopia (Attending/Not Attending) by Tuesday at 4 p.m.

You can do this through the SwimTopia app, select the specific swim meet and choose "Meet Signup", then Edit OR through the webpage , Choose "Meet Entry", then "Edit".

You can do this for ALL our swim meets now if you know your summer calendar.

If you don't make a declaration the system defaults to “Not Attending this meet”. Entries cannot be changed after Thursday morning when they are submitted to the league.

The system will permit you to add notes to the coaches (Schedule issues, stroke concerns, etc..) however I would encourage you to confirm with the coaches directly.

We all know the summer can be a busy time, however any delays in updating your status makes it difficult for the Coaches and team to plan out the meet.

We will send special swimmer declaration instructions for July 1^st.

Our first swim meet is this Saturday, June 13^th, and is at home against Indian Landing. PLEASE declare your swimmer’s status today!
