Mighty Duck Families, 

We are looking for another parent to volunteer as a Starter for the upcoming swim season. A Starter is the meet official that says "Take your marks." and presses the button to start each race. Their work is essential to running an efficient swim meet.

We're planning to have a pair work together at each home meet in order to provide support and breaks as needed. You'll receive in-person training from the swim league and have an opportunity for hands-on practice during the kids' swim practices leading up to our first meet.
