We’re Looking for a Special Events Coordinator!
Hi Swim Team Families,
We are looking for one or two volunteers to step into the role of Special Events Coordinator for the team!
This is such a fun and important position because it helps bring our swim community together through some of the team’s most memorable traditions. We are really hoping to find someone who would be willing to lead and head up this role, while additional assistants and committee volunteers can be added later to help support the events.
What does the Special Events Coordinator do?
This role includes planning and organizing special team events such as:
- Pancake Breakfast
- Ducky Hour
- End-of-the-Year Party
- Donut Mondays
The coordinator would also have the opportunity to build a small committee to help make these events a success. In the past, the special events team has included about five additional volunteers, so this is definitely a role where you can work alongside others and share ideas.
