The preliminary entry list by swimmer for our meet this Saturday at Walden is attached. Please review and note any changes to myself or one of the coaches today (Thursday).

Pool Address: 3334 Locust Street, Edgewater MD, 21037

Meet Time: We are planning an 8:00 meet start time.

Warm Ups: Your warm-up will be from 7:30-7:55. Hopefully it won’t storm until we are through.

PARKING: Parking throughout the neighborhood is fine, along Locust Street itself we will have signs out directing people to consolidate on one side, so there’s room for emergency vehicle access.

STAGING: Your team should seat themselves on “the hill” which is the far side of the pool—you’ll see it as you enter the gates. Please advise your team to bring chairs. You may bring tents as well, if you choose.

CONCESSIONS: Our concessions area will sell various cold and hot breakfast and lunch treats. We accept cash & Venmo.

VOLUNTEERS: Please provide two stroke and turn officials for this meet, a minimum of 7 timers for each half of the meet, two kid finders/lane organizers, a ribbon writer, and a tech rep. All timers (1st and 2nd half) must report to the timer meeting at 7:40 for training with the Time Drops Wireless timing system. The stroke & turn meeting will take place at 7:45.

OTHER INFO: It is good to remind folks that we are a 5-lane, 25-yard pool.
