I hope everyone enjoyed this morning's swim meet! Here are some updates as we gear up for a big last week+ of swim team season:

1. Declare for Medal Meet by July 14th at 8am. Later today, Liz Norton will send updated information on which medal meet swimmers qualified for based on today's swims. Declare your swimmer here. Prior to the meet, you'll receive information about your volunteer role.

2. Upload Pictures by END OF TODAY for the photo video that will be played at the party (and shared with everyone afterwards). Upload them here. If you are unable to upload them, email them to [email protected]. Thanks to Elizabeth Manicchia!

3. RSVP for End of Season Party by Tuesday, July 16. The party is on Sunday, July 21 at 4pm. Please RSVP so Lindsay/Jaime's team knows how much food to get. To RSVP, go to "Calendar" where you have been declaring swimmers for meets - the End of Season Party is the last event listed. Don't miss the party/awards ceremony!

4. Coaches Gifts - contribute by July 17. We are so fortunate to have Coach Colleen and Coach Trevor as our head coaches. They spend many hours coaching and supporting our swimmers. If you are able, please contribute to a gift for them. You can do so by: 1. Venmo @Karin-Mottus (last 4 digits are 5536); 2. Drop $ in her mailbox at 665 Quail Run Ct; or 3. Give it to another Ulmstead Board member.
